The focus of this course will be on the use of stainless steel sinks for commercial and residential applications.  We will discuss how you specify stainless steel considering factors as gauge, composition, finish, manufacturing techniques, durability, etc.  We will also discuss design and functionality, such as different radiuses, sizes, customization options, bowl options, etc.  We will go into kitchen considerations for older/disabled users such as countertop height, kitchen sink clearance, drain position, and pipe insulation.  And to finalize, we will talk about health benefits and the green, sustainable side of using stainless steel.
