Maintaining compliance with TBAE is important to all RID's, but do you really know all the ins and outs of the rules? Jack Stamps, TBAE's Managing Investigator, will share some recent enforcement cases to help you get a clearer picture of what non-compliance can look like. Hear about obvious violations and not-so-obvious violations and come away with a better understanding of agency rules.

Texas Board of Architectural Examiners
Jack W. Stamps manages the investigations unit of the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. Jack conducts investigations and supervises two investigators. Jack has been with the board for twenty years.
Jack has 53 years of both regulatory enforcement and law enforcement experience and still gets around quite well. He began his law enforcement career in 1968 as a State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety. His job assignments have included: narcotics agent, homicide investigator, agency administrator, training academy director, and financial crimes investigator. Jack is a 1986 graduate of the FBI National Academy.
