The goal of this course is to educate Architects and Kitchen Designers about the latest cooking technologies, specialty cooking trends entering the markets, and the utility types and configurations available for their clients.

Learn how cooking with gas, radiant electric and induction differ – and the benefits of each .
Review the cooking technologies that are appropriate for each consumer and how these technologies are used. Understand which specialty cooking trends are growing in the market, and how to make sure if they are the right fit for your consumer.
Kennith Miller is an Employee of the General Electric Appliance Company and has been with GEA for 23 years. He has held many different roles and positions and moved four times with the company. In his latest role with the Luxury line of Appliances for GEA, he manages a four-state region working with the trade industry which includes resellers, builder distributors, Custom Builders, and designers. Kennith is also married to his wife Desiree and has two girls, Brooklin and Carmen. "My passion is helping others and love seeing the end result of a beautiful kitchen".
