Barbecue, Beach Boys, Bakhtiari ...what in the world do these things have in common?! The answer, of course, is “a lot!“
Granny’s lunch or a five-star dinner...Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony or a nursery rhyme...A first phase Navajo Chief’s blanket or tufted entry rug... all share a common origin… An origin we must appreciate or we might lose a precious customer.
Pettyjohn says, “Our customers can smell a fake! They know whether we really believe something in our heart or whether we’re just repeating some story we heard. Truth is sustainable! Value is sustainable! Preservation is sustainable!"
