Cristie Schlosser, SDG’s founder and principal designer is an award winning, registered Dallas interior designer and professional member of ASID. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance at The University of Texas at Dallas and later studied Interior Design. Her previous career in the apparel industry provided an excellent background and natural transition into Interior Design.

SDG began in 1998 with projects varying from residential renovations to commercial spaces. “I have always critiqued rooms, buildings, entryways. I immediately feel a space when I enter it. Interior design is very intuitive for me. It is about function and flow first, and style follows. My designs are unfussy – they run the gamut from traditional, transitional, contemporary, and modern.”

Cristie resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two children.
