As wellness-driven design continues to shape residential and commercial environments, the role of technology has rapidly evolved from a “nice-to-have” to a fundamental component of healthy, human-centric spaces. This course explores how thoughtful integration of smart systems can enhance indoor environmental quality, support occupant well being, and strengthen a project’s design intent. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how lighting, acoustics, air quality, thermal comfort, and biophilic-supportive technologies can be harmonized within design-led schemes. Through real-world examples and best practices, the session demonstrates how designers, architects, and integrators can collaborate to deliver spaces that are both beautiful and measurably healthier.
