Joann Santavicca - With over 20 years of experience in the appliance industry, Joann has established herself as a dynamic force in sales training and development. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer at Bosch, Joann has made significant contributions since joining the company in 2015. Initially starting in the Irvine Showroom, she quickly transitioned to the role of Field Sales Trainer, where she collaborates with Independent Dealers to host events, cooking demonstrations, and comprehensive training sessions for sales associates, designers, builders, and chefs.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Joann relocated to Southern California in 1992, where she earned her degree in Marketing/Product Development.   Her background as a Training Manager and experience in Builder Sales have further solidified her expertise in the field of Training.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Joann cherishes quality time spent with her nieces, often sharing her love for cooking or enjoying a day shopping. Her dedication to both her career and personal life reflects her belief in the importance of nurturing relationships and continuous learning.
