This seminar analyzes the use of wood flooring as an element of design.  Design professionals will become more familiar with wood floors as a design material in an effort to properly specify the product that will perform best in their client projects.

Learning Objectives - 

  • Understand the history of wood floors

  • Discuss the different types and species of wood floors

  • Explain how cut affects both the appearance and performance of wood floors

  • Describe the advantages and maintenance of wood floors

Lisa Alexanderson - Lisa Alexanderson is an innovative and performance-driven specialist in the flooring industry, with more than 30 years of experience. Her goal is to be as knowledgeable and responsive as possible.  Her passion is to share

all that she has learned with others to help them reach their goals.

Bryan Randolf - With over eight years in the flooring industry, Bryan Randolf has worked for both Mohawk Industries and Mannington Mills.  He recently joined the Duchateau team back in August after relocating his family from Southern California. Randolf currently covers the North Texas/Oklahoma territory and is excited to cultivate new relationships in the A&D realm, in this thriving market segment.
